A trusted partner in implant care.
We work exclusively in dental implant rehabilitation and full-arch restoration. When you refer a patient to Caputo Oral Restoration, they stay your patient — we handle the implant work and send them back.
We respect the referring relationship — always.
Our practice accepts referrals from general and restorative dentists throughout southeastern Wisconsin. We function as a surgical and rehabilitative partner — not a practice looking to absorb your patient base.
Every referred patient is returned to your care for ongoing maintenance and restorative dentistry once implant treatment is complete. We communicate throughout the process so you're never in the dark about a patient you sent us.
Dr. Caputo is available to discuss cases by phone and welcomes colleague-to-colleague conversations before or after treatment. Complex cases especially benefit from that coordination.
Once implant treatment is complete, patients are returned to your practice for routine care and restorations outside our scope.
We send treatment summaries, radiographs, and progress notes so your records stay current.
Dr. Caputo welcomes phone consultations with referring dentists before, during, and after complex cases.
We limit our scope to implant rehabilitation. We do not provide general dentistry or compete for routine recall patients.
Case types we handle.
Missing one tooth or several — surgical placement and restoration handled in one coordinated process.
Non-removable full-arch implant bridges (All-on-4 style) for patients who want permanently fixed teeth.
Removable overdentures retained by implants — dramatically improved stability over conventional dentures.
Ridge augmentation, sinus lifts, and extraction-site preparation before implant placement.
Patients hesitant about a treatment plan elsewhere — we provide an honest, independent evaluation.
Failed implants, peri-implantitis, full-arch complications, and reconstruction after previous treatment failures. See below.
The cases other offices send here.
Many dentists refer complex implant cases, revision procedures, and challenging reconstructive situations to our office for evaluation and treatment. This is a significant part of what we do.
Dr. Caputo holds board-level credentials in oral implantology — as a Diplomate of ABOI and AAID Fellow, he serves as a board examiner and national educator. When a case requires a level of implant expertise beyond routine placement, this practice is equipped to handle it.
